Scam Alert: Patients are warned to be cautious of callers offering assistance with

Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) for medications. These programs are available

at no cost through the pharmaceutical manufacturers, so any offers of

assistance for a fee are likely scams. This includes calls to advertised 1-800

numbers. Scammers may also contact your residence. Safeguard your personal

information by not sharing it over the phone. You can obtain these forms

complimentary from the manufacturers' website or contact the Medication Access

Program at 231-876-6151 for support. They can direct you to resources if you

need help with medication expenses.
