Family Practice of Cadillac combines general medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, minor surgery, gynecology, and social sciences to care for our patients at every stage of life. Here at Family Practice, we establish lifelong relationships with each patient to help provide individualized healthcare.
Preventive Health
Our goal is to ultimately prevent disease, disability, and death. The best way to do this is through yearly appointments and screenings to make sure our patients are healthy and to catch any issues that may not be obvious.
Chronic Disease Management
Our physicians and care managers work with our patients to manage complex chronic conditions. We do this through frequent check-ups and appropriate testing.
Immunizations
Vaccination is a simple, safe, and effective way of protecting you against harmful diseases, before you come into contact with them. It uses your body’s natural defenses to build resistance to specific infections and makes your immune system stronger.
Care for Children
Our doctors manage the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of children of all ages, babies, children, teens and young adults. Well visits are recommended at age 10 days, 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 24 months and annually after age 2.
Care for Women
Our doctors diagnose and treat issues related to the female body system. This includes the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and breasts. This is usually done at a physical appointment where other needs are also assessed.
Care for Older Adults
Our doctors are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for older adults. Older adults have a unique set of issues and concerns. Ask about our wellness visit to meet with our registered nurse to go over more than just your medical needs. She has resources to help with just about anything you may need.
Osteopathic Manipulation
Doctors of Osteopathy (DOs) literally take a hands-on approach to musculoskeletal disorders. Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment (OMT) is used to help correct structural imbalances in your body, improve circulation and relieve pain. We have 3 physicians that offer this service.
Annual Wellness Visits
An annual wellness visit is a specialized health assessment performed by our wellness nurse. These visits are encouraged for patients who are typically 70 years of age or older to review medications, perform screenings of memory, fall risk and more, update vaccination record, prepare a prevention plan and assist with end-of-life planning.
Urgent Care
Are you experiencing an issue that is non-life threatening but needs attention now? Call the office first and talk with our on-call doctor. We help direct you in the best course of action, whether to call in the morning for a doctor appointment or to head to the urgent care for immediate assistance.

Lab Service
Family Practice of Cadillac, in partnership with Munson Cadillac Hospital, offers onsite hospital quality lab service on a first come first serve basis. The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed for lunch from 1-2PM.
X-Ray Technology
Family Practice of Cadillac uses digital x-ray technology performed by our trained radiologic technologist. Our technologist is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed for lunch from 1-2PM. With our digital imaging process our patients get their results quicker, and when you need to take your x-rays with you, we can conveniently produce an electronic copy for you.
Seeking Care After Office Hours
Family Practice prides itself on our availability however there will be occasions when you need care after hours. You may reach a doctor after hours by calling our regular office number at (231) 775-9741.
If you require emergent care, call 911 or proceed to your nearest hospital emergency department. If your need is not emergent but you need care before our office opens the next business day, do not hesitate to contact us.
